15 ISFP Anime Characters We Absolutely Love

ISFPs are the adventurers of the MBTI typology. While being an introvert, ISFPs are all about the sensory experience. We love them for their aesthetic touch and their spontaneous nature. So, we have taken the liberty to compile the 15 best ISFP anime characters we could find.

We think you’ll love it.

15 ISFP Anime Characters Right Now

1.      Bertholdt Hoover (Attack on Titan)

Bertholdt is depicted as a reserved and shy person. On the surface, it’s easy to think that this character is as aloof as it gets.

However, we find out how emotionally torn he can be. He is also concerned about the norms and preferences of others around him. This makes him more of a people pleaser. There are so many qualities here that point us in just one direction.

Bertholdt Hoover is an ISFP.

2.      Ymir (Attack on Titan)

We see the introverted feeling (Fi) function take root in Ymir throughout the anime series. This function makes Ymir appear self-centered at first and annoying.

However, we see much later on that Ymir is actually kind and loving. She is also someone that takes full responsibility for their actions.

This has ISFP written all over it.

3.      Thorfinn Karlsefni (Vinland Saga)

Thorfinn is a great example of what an unhealthy ISFP looks like. After his father is killed, Thorfinn’s behavior changes from being sweet and shy to being coldblooded and ruthless.

His perceiving function makes him quite impulsive too. This makes him more unpredictable and dangerous to deal with. It is also possibly one of the big reasons for his failures.

Thorfinn Karlsefni definitely deserves to be on this list of ISFP anime characters.

4.      Blue (Wolf Rain)

Blue is depicted as someone calm and introverted. While this is true, she is very protective of who she loves and will hurt anyone who does them harm.

Blue is also free and independent. This becomes more obvious after her wolf nature is awoken. Everything about this character screams ISFP to me.

5.      Chris Griffin (Family Guy)

If you have watched family guy, then you’ve probably heard of Chris Griffin. He is depicted as a reserved person who happens to love movies very much.

We see a bit of the ISFP aesthetic appeal in this character as he is quite the artist. In fact, Chris planned to become a famous artist and keeps plotting his move to New York.

While we don’t see a lot of Chris, we believe that he is an ISFP.

6.      Kou Minamoto (Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun)

Kou is depicted as a man for the spontaneous lifestyle. He is reckless and never seems to think too much of his actions.

Despite this obvious flaw, we can also see his caring and considerate side. He is also very loyal to his friends and is pretty much ready to die for them.

While he can be a bit straightforward when talking, he tries to improve on this habit

Kou Minamoto is definitely an ISFP.

7.      Daki (Demon Slayer)

Daki is depicted as an antagonist in the demon slayer. We see a lot of qualities in this character. Daki has a history of throwing tantrums if she doesn’t get what she wants.

We also see her caring attitude towards her brother. While this is true, this doesn’t mean that she never lashes out on him.

Daki is also seen as someone who is easily swayed. Thus, it’s quite easy for her to imitate others. So, Daki struggles with being her one true self.

8.      Sanemi Shinazugawa (Demon Slayer)

Sanemi is depicted as hot-headed and impulsive. He is also rude and seemingly has no respect for people.

Sanemi is also clearly an introvert as he doesn’t talk too much. However, he is quite dismissive of people. The reason for his behavior can be traced back to his traumatic experiences.

Sanemi had lost a lot of people while growing up including his mother. Sanemi’s impulsiveness and reserved nature are just some of the reasons we think he is an ISFP.

9.      Haruka Nanase (Free)

Just like most ISFPs, Haruka also gives off an aloof and uncaring vibe. This character is reserved and is also very determined.

When surrounded by friends and those they care about, Haruka becomes softer and kinder. Thus, we see his real qualities on display. We think Haruka is an ISFP.

10.  Kamanue (Demon Slayer)

Kamanue is an introvert and is quite reserved. Heis also depicted as someone who is always nervous.

We see a bit of Kamanue’s past traumas. These traumas have left him weak and unsure of his strength. While he is not the main character, we believe Kamanue is an ISFP.

If you are a big fan of Avater, you probably heard of Zuko. Zuko has been through a lot of hard times. This has pretty much shaped his character.

However, Zuko is prone to anger and can be very impulsive. This often gets him into a lot of trouble. While this is true, Zuko is undoubtedly clever.

Zuko is also quite considerate and caring to those close to him. Zuko definitely deserves to be on this list of ISFP anime characters.

12.  Esmeralda (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)

We love Esmeralda. She is a strong independent character. She doesn’t seem to have many issues with rebelling against established authority. Esmeralda is also very impulsive and is generally a fun person to be around.

We see these qualities in clear focus as her introverted feeling function is very strong. However, deep down, she is selfless and wants to see people happy. Nonetheless, she places her values and self-worth first before anything else.

Esmeralda is a textbook example of an ISFP.

13.  Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto)

Sasuke’s entire journey in Naruto is driven by his quest for revenge. It shapes his life, his perception, and character.

He seeks revenge for his family that was killed. This shows his deep love for his family. Ironically, family is also the reason why he finally leaves this path of revenge.

Here are some of Sasuke’s most memorable moments.

14.  Ryuko Maki (Kill la Kill)
