  1. I am a ENTJ 3w4, and mostly agree with this. The only category I differ from is I usually am the one to take on a leadership role. If I was not in a higher position in my career, I would be more independent. But because I have authority to make change, I leverage that authority with my creativity (process improvement) to make change. There’s a reason they call it “The art to the science.” Just thought I would share, thanks.
